All skill levels are welcome. We structure sessions to accommodate different skill levels and ensure everyone gets appropriate training and competition.
Players should bring a basketball, water bottle, athletic shoes (non-marking), and appropriate athletic wear. A change of clothes is recommended.
Yes! We offer single session registration at $60 + HST per session ($40 for Open Runs). However, the full package provides the best value and most comprehensive training experience.
Workout pods are structured training sessions with drills, skill work, and coached instruction. Open runs are competitive pickup games where players apply their skills in game situations.
Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the first session. Within 7 days, we offer credit toward future PDM programs. No refunds or credits for no-shows or partial attendance.
Yes, we run separate girls and boys sessions on the weekends to optimize training and competition levels. The Open Runs sessions are co-ed for anyone looking for additional gameplay.
