PDM Basketball Training
Program Overview
The PDM Basketball At Home Development guide is here to support those athletes eager to take their game to the next level. It’s important for athletes to do work on their own outside of structured practice & training time with coaches. It’s these unseen hours that create the separation between athletes. PDM wants to support players the best we can by providing a guide for some key areas of development as an athlete and as a basketball player.
The At Home Development is split up into two components, Athletic Development and Basketball Development. The Athletic Development section is designed to train athletes’ bodies to increase capacities in various ways from flexibility, durability, and endurance to strength, power, agility and speed. The Basketball Development section will help players improve and build consistency in the fundamental areas of the game.
